Taran teaches Bungee Blast, Cardio Kickboxing, Rize & Grind and Stretch. Bungee Blast is a high intensity, low impact, fun-filled class. Cardio Kickboxing will boost your heart rate and lower your stress in the circuit-filled kickboxing class. Rize & Grind is an early morning strength training class using dumbbells and machines. Finally, Stretch provides a calming environment to rehabilitate your muscles and keep them loose.
Jessica teaches Cardio Blast and POUND. Cardio Blast: This class explores strength, cardio, and condition while learning rythmic routines. The music is loud and upbeat as you have fun burning off the calories.
Rashod teaches youth boxing and adult boxing. Youth Boxing is a class specifically for ages 5-17. The class encourages students in speed and agility training.
Ashley teaches Booty Bootcamp. It is a bootcamp style class aimed specifically at toning your legs and booty.

Michael teaches MMA. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a high intensity training that incorporates various styles, putting together strikes, clinches, takedowns, grappling and submissions. Get fit while learning self defense and real world techniques used by professional fighters.
